Bourbon Barrel Porter 2010 is now aging in new Virginia Gentleman bourbon barrels. Look for its release sometime in March. Other projects we are workin on include, Red Aurora (a big American Red Ale in 22oz bottles. This will be the first 2010 Brewer's Choice release), Repainting/Jazzing up the Brewery Store (lighter earth tone colors, better merchandising, new T-shirt items and a new American flip top growler if it ever get here), Brewery Store Special (20% off on all refills of AleWerks Growlers -- see ad).

Williamsburg AleWerks Brewmaster Reserve Beers

These are beers that are released in Limited Edition Numbered bottles. The total number of bottles will always equal the year the beer was produced. Be sure to register your bottles in the Reserve Registry.

Spring Reserves


	Bourbon Barrel Porter
	Description: An Imperial Porter, brewed with Rapadou and aged for two months in Virginia Gentleman Bourbon barrels. The porter's traditional flavors of coffee, chocolate, and caramel are complimented by vanilla from the oak and hints of bourbon. Drink now or cellar -- it will just get better.

	Irounbound Ale
	Description: An Imperial IPA with more Cascade and Amarillo hops than you can shake a stick at. Balanced nicely this one will knock your socks off with a wash of flavor over your tongue. At over 9% ABV this one cellars nicely.

Fall Reserves


	Rapadou Porter Ale
	Description: An Imperial Porter brewed with caramelized Haitian sugar called Rapadou. Rapadou is a traditionally processed cane sugar that lends a great toffee caramel flavor to our 9% ABV Porter. Watch for this one aged in oak barrels in the future.

	Grand Illumination Ale
	Description: Celebrating the Grand Illumination of Williamsburg each year, our Barlywine style ale is a massive 11% offering that takes us over 5 hours to boil. The long boil time creates a bold caramel tone and is balanced with our signature Amarillo/Cascade hops blend.
