Style: Farmhouse Ale

Description: Springhouse is an aged Belgium Saison (Farmhouse Ale). 9.4% ABV, it pours gold-amber, is will carbonated but has a small to non existent head, and has a sweet fruity aroma with apples, green grapes and apricots the dominant taste. this is an interesting ale that deserves your attention. Look for the 2010 release in May.

Description: A high octane version of our Coffeehoue Stout aged in Virginia Gentleman barrels for three months at least! Rich and delicious at 8% ABV, be sure to look for it when the weather turns cold.

Composition: 2-row, Caramel and black malts, Lactose and American Fuggles.

Availability: Late Fall & Winter.
