"We brew this unique beer with a variety of caramel malts and Caribbean unrefined sugar (Rapadou), hop it with Fuggles hops and then age it for three months in charred oak bourbon barrels. This is year round sipping beer at its best."

"There are other Belgian White beers, but few compare with AleWerks' take on this flavorful, refreshing, summer treat. Brewed with Coriander seed, bitter orange peel and a Belgian yeast, it is simply delicious. We think you will find both our American Wheat ale and our Belgian White will be your beers of choice for Summer gatherings, or just plane relaxation on the back porch."

"Pouring golden-yellow in color with a highly carbonated body and large fluffy head; Springhouse has a fruity aroma with hints of apples, green grapes and apricots. These same aromas carry over and combine with light malt, and a touch of Fuggle hops to round out the flavor. We believe that this is an interesting ale that deserves your attention. Look for the 2010 release in May."

"This is our Cafe Royale at 8% abv and aged for a couple of months in bourbon barrels. Another unique AleWerks beer which blends the rich coffee-milk Stout flavors with those of vanilla and bourbon."
